At a time when knowledge is proven to be a differential when considering worldwide competitiveness, GME’s Human Resources Department plays a fundamental role when it deals with the management of personnel, by encouraging talent in a range of functional areas. Its mission is involved with the spread of information in the world of work to development within the organization.
GME’s profile requires pro-active professionals, who are looking for a continuous learning environment and are, at the same time, integrated with cooperative and team work. The company offers opportunities to graduates in the following areas: Business Administration, Economics, Accounting Sciences, Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering and Production Engineering, amongst others.
GME also has a policy of preparing and training specialized manpower, by hiring trainees and junior professionals who are studying: Business Administration, Economics, Accounting Sciences and Production Engineering. Anyone interested must be in at least the fourth semester and must have advanced knowledge of information technology, basic ideas about administration, good interpersonal relationships, and the ability to work as part of a team.
GME also provides training and courses, according to personal growth requirements. The HR Department is also responsible for coordinating contribution campaigns, which improve people’s quality of life through social responsibility and environmental protection programs. It stimulates leadership actions and entrepreneurism both inside and outside the company, as part of a participative culture, whilst always sharing and recognizing the individual and collective contribution.
