The GME Customer Care Service is integrated with the CCS of the M. Dias Branco companies.

Consumers can make free phone calls to the number: 0800 702 5509, from Mondays to Fridays, between 8:00a.m. and 6:00p.m. There is also the option of sending letters to P.O. Box No. 2637 or emails to: sac@mdb.com.br.

At the present time, the CCS is staffed by a team of professionals responsible for the following areas: food microbiology, biochemistry, chemistry and consumer rights. Through the use of modern software, the service has all the state-of-the-art technology for registering calls, consulting data and storing information in a database. Personal service is also being expanded to include supervisors and sales staff at the group’s branches and distributors.
